Hey! Here is a question for you..
If the key to success is consistent action, would you like to take complicated or simple action?
I asked this to my clients and their response was another question…
What is a complicated action or simple action?
This was my response to it, at that moment I thought of you and wanted to share it with you too.
Complicated action — would be any action which you have not yet got under control, any task you do without order, any task you cannot complete more than twice with the same steps.
Simple action — would be any action which you have control of, you know the exact steps, time it would take and can predict the outcome.
To be successful, you will need to have many tasks in your business. E.g. social media posts, videos, writing emails, sales calls, etc..
Any of the above tasks can be either simple to you or complicated.
Your objective should be to take the complicated tasks and convert it into simple ones so that you can get more of it done and also become easy to delegate it to others.
